Body acne is one of the most frustrating skin issues to deal with. (ugh!) It often feels uncontrollable and makes us want to pull our hair out. The most awful part of it? Consuming enough water is such a simple step that too many people skip right over, so prioritize it folks! Taking it a bit further, there’s also the possibility for food sensitivities to dairy, gluten and more. An elimination diet might be something worth looking into. Dairy has been shown to have a direct impact on back acne specifically. The androgens and growth hormones found in milk products may encourage acne development.
