Welcome to 2018! As we begin this new year, it is important to create new goals and resolutions for a prosperous year.

  1. Sleep - Most adults require 7-8 hours of sleep to allow their bodies to rest and recuperate from a long day. 

  2. Drink water - This simple tip maintains your body and skin hydrated. 

  3. Eat fruit & vegetables - Incorporate fruit and vegetables into your diet. Berries containing high amounts of antioxidants are particularly great for your skin.  

  4. Be careful with the Sun - Receiving sunshine is a fan favorite and vitamin D is necessary for your skin. However, prolonged sun exposure can be damaging. Make sure to wear appropriate protection if you plan on spending a long time outdoors.
