Did you know that the largest organ for the human body is the skin? Crazy to think about, right? Since the first thing that people see about you is your skin, you do want to make sure that you treat your skin right.  The skin is responsible for many activities with your body, including the creation of vitamin D, protecting your body from bacteria, viruses, and in general, just protecting your body from light injury. The epidermis, or outside of your skin, is the part of the skin that you see.

Research has shown that being physically fit can correlate to being healthy, which can potentially translate to healthier skin. Also, what you eat on an everyday basis influences how your skin looks – but paired with a good fitness regiment, your skin will love you even more!

Even if you’ve managed to create the perfect skincare routine, it doesn’t end there. As your skin changes over time, your skincare routine will need to adapt as well. For that, you have us. Subscribe here if you would like to adopt a minimalist & conscious approach to beauty and skincare.
