ORGANIC DIET TO HEALTHIER SKIN

Happy Monday, everyone. We hope you all enjoyed this past weekend. Today we're going to talk about something everyone loves: food. Let's explore how our dietary choices contribute to our skin's health. 

Organic food does not contain preservatives or chemicals. Therefore, the skin is healthier since it reflects what we put inside our bodies. Organic vegetables and fruit are encouraged for a skin's healthier appearance. There are some preservatives which are approved to use on organic products. So keep this in mind and peel your foods if possible. 

Go out there this week and enjoy some delicious food while staying mindful of its consequences to your body.
